Dental Services

Dr. Bidgoli’s practice is limited to Endodontics. She performs both simple and complex endodontic procedures, which include Root Canal Therapy, Retreatment, and Endodontic surgery. Broadly, the patient’s visit starts with consultation and diagnosis, followed up by proper treatment if necessary. To help you understand your options, we've included descriptions of some of our services on this page.

What is Endodontics?

Endodontic Therapy (Root Canal Therapy) is necessary when the pulp becomes infected or inflamed due to a large cavity, trauma, or repeated dental procedures on the tooth.  By doing root canal therapy, infected or inflamed pulp can be removed.

What is Root Canal Treatment?

What is Retreatment?

Endodontic Retreatment is necessary when a previously preformed root canal has failed and recurrence of original symptoms requires re-treating the tooth. Sometimes, a tooth that has been treated doesn't heal properly and can become painful or diseased months or even years after treatment. If your tooth failed to heal or develops new problems, you have a second chance.

What is Endodontic Surgery?

Endodontic surgery or Apicoectomy is a procedure in which the gum tissue near the tooth is opened to see the underlying bone and to remove any inflamed or infected tissue.
